Works/ Projects
Painting is at the core of my practice, even as materials and formats continue to evolve.
My current work unfolds along two primary directions: large-scale painting and material-based surface work with epoxy resin. While differing in approach, both investigate surface, depth and transformation.
Alongside these current directions, this section also brings together selected series developed over several years. These works trace an ongoing movement between observation and abstraction and reflect the broader development of my practice.
Across the work, painting expands into different directions while remaining grounded in an ongoing investigation of surface, transformation and the conditions of seeing.
Each approach reflects a distinct way of engaging with the image — through observation, construction, material and process.
Selected works are available. Please refer to Available Works or feel free to contact me for further information.
Large-Scale Paintings
These large-scale paintings explore surface, depth and spatial tension through layering and gradual transformation. Each work measures 155 × 95 cm, creating a physical relationship between viewer and image and requiring an embodied mode of engagement in both making and viewing.
Working on this scale allows me to move around the canvas — rotating, reorienting and revisiting it over extended periods of time. The process is slow and accumulative, with each layer responding to what has previously emerged. Rather than illustrating a fixed idea, the paintings develop through sustained attention and an ongoing dialogue with the material.
The series is currently in progress, with individual works remaining open and subject to further change as part of a continued exploration of scale, surface and spatial perception.

Epoxy Works
The epoxy works extend my painterly practice into a material-based investigation of surface and preservation. Each piece measures 50 × 60 cm — an intimate format that invites close viewing and intensifies the relationship between containment and depth.
Resin functions both as a protective layer and as an active visual element, creating reflection, translucency and spatial distance. Within its layered structure, traces, fragments and occasionally gilded textual elements drawn from existing poetic sources are sealed and held in suspension. These elements are not meant to be read as narrative, but operate as subtle presences within the surface.
The works explore the interplay between fragility and permanence, opacity and transparency, where sealing becomes both a material process and a conceptual gesture.

Selected Series
These series bring together works developed over several years across different phases of my practice. They reflect an ongoing exploration between observation, construction and dissolution, shaped by material, process and variation. Some works remain closely tied to the visible world, while others move toward abstraction, fragmentation and reconfiguration. Across the series, images evolve through repetition, layering and continuous transformation. Together, they form a shifting field of approaches rather than a fixed narrative.
